Features:

It is a special deplating solution for electroplating PVD on silicon dioxide panels , protecting ink, OCO , gold, silver, and black LOGO . This product has the characteristics of strong alkalinity and water solubility. It can be used for 3~5 minutes at a high temperature of 120 ℃. If it is turned into a white piece, the gold removal time needs to be extended by 2~3 minutes. There is no corrosion to the glass surface, and the glass surface is smooth and no residue after cleaning.

Scope of application: Suitable for removing PVD electroplating on the silicon dioxide panel to protect the ink material. It is not recommended to use other materials.

Instructions:

Use ultrasonic or assembly line, directly add JS-P993A deplating solution, heat to 120 ℃, 2~3 minutes (depending on the workpiece) to effectively separate the coating and the substrate, and then rinse with clean water; JS in the tank -P993A deplating solution will evaporate a small amount of water and chemical components during use, and part of the liquid will be taken away by the workpiece at the same time, so it needs to be filled with water and chemical liquid regularly as appropriate
