The environmentally friendly halogen-free flux JS-811 is based on our factory's best-selling flux GM-008 for many years to optimize its formulation and composition. It has become one of the halogen-free fluxes that are widely welcomed by customers. From the point of use, it is a special flux developed according to the requirements of tinning the lead pins of some electronic components such as PPT pulse transformers and filters, etc., and it also meets the requirements of winding and connecting the pins of high-frequency transformers with insulating varnished copper wires. Tinned. The flux JS-811 not only satisfies the immersion tin temperature of 250℃±10℃, but also meets the requirement of the aforementioned filters and other similar IC lead pins using lead-free solder. The hot immersion tin temperature can be as high as 410℃-450℃. The flux complies with RoHS2.0, halogen, REACH and other environmental protection regulations.
