Instructions for flux operation:

1. Check whether the flux proportion is the normal proportion specified by the supplier.

2. When using foaming method, please check the air pressure of the air compressor regularly. It is best to filter the water and oil in the air with more than two precision air filters, and use dry, oil-free and water-free cleaning compressed air to avoid affecting the structure and performance of the flux.

3. During foaming coating, the flux level should be kept at least one inch above the foaming stone. The adjustment of foaming height should be higher than about 1CM on the foaming edge.

4, flux in the use of the process, such as the amount of diluent found to increase, the specific gravity still continues to rise, may be other high specific gravity impurities adulterated, such as: water, oil and other chemicals, need to find out the reason, and replace all flux.

5, adjust the Angle of the wind knife and wind pressure flow, the use of jet Angle and PC board travel direction of 10-15 degrees. Too large an Angle will blow the flux to the preheater, and the size will blow away the foam and cause solder defects.

6. If you use a brush, you should pay attention to whether the brush is in contact with the bottom. Too high or too low is not good.

7. Pay attention to the adjustment of spray when spraying, and make sure that the flux is evenly distributed on the PCB welding surface.

8, tin wave smooth, PCB does not deformation, can get more uniform surface welding effect.

9, tin PCB oxidation is serious, please conduct appropriate pre-welding treatment, to ensure the quality and solderability.
