Notes on flux use:

1. As inflammable chemical materials, the flux should be operated in a well-ventilated environment, away from fire and avoid direct sunlight.

2. After opening, the flux should be sealed before storage. The used flux should not be poured into the original packaging bucket to ensure the quality of the stock solution.

3. The discarded flux needs to be dealt with by special personnel. It is not allowed to pollute the environment by dumping it at will.

4, foaming foam particles should be the more dense the better, should always pay attention to whether the size of foaming particles is uniform, on the contrary, there will be foam tube obstruction, air leakage or other failures. Foaming height should not exceed PCB parts surface as the most suitable height.

5. When the flux in the foaming tank is used overnight or not used for several days, it should be immediately sealed to prevent volatilization and water and gas pollution, or put in a clean container. Do not let the flux foam before PCB soldering, so as to reduce external pollution. The flux should be used continuously for 80 hours or so, immediately all the drain to replace the new liquid, to prevent pollution, aging decline affect the effect and quality of the operation.

6. In the process of operation, the bare plate and the feet of the parts should be prevented from being polluted by sweat stains, hand stains, cream, grease or other materials. Please keep clean and do not contaminate with hands before the welding is completely dried.
